Who's behind the handlebars
I turn 70 in April of 2027, and I'm dealing with the same creaky knees and stiff mornings you probably know all too well. A couple of years ago, my doctor told me I needed low-impact movement — I had already been riding a two wheeled e-bike, and LOVED it, but when I got my e-TRIKE, that was it. I was hooked! Now when I ride, my joints feel better than they have in years, and I know there's a whole community of folks who feel the same way. This blog is my way of sharing what I've learned — the gear, the routes, the science, and the honest truth about getting active at this age.

There are thousands of us out here — people in their 60s, 70s, and beyond who decided that slowing down wasn't the only option. We share routes, swap gear tips, cheer each other on after hard days, and remind each other why we started. This blog is part of that community. You're not alone in this.
